It has been a while since we have been in touch, but that is partly because the site had been undergoing some major changes. The Client interface of has had a facelift. One which should help to make submitting questions and navigating around the site a lot easier.

We constantly have a queue of questions from Clients from all around the world. If you think you have enough computer knowledge to help out... why not apply? After joining you will be assigned a mentor who will help you around the site and help you to communicate with Clients in the best way you can. It's a win - win situation. You learn, the client learns and it's also great to have on your CV.

Over the last few months, has been expanding its proto.downloads area. This is where you can download some great freeware to assist with many of your IT needs. You can visit these great downloads by logging in to your client account.

The proto.downloads area has improved each download description in a lot more detail to make it easier for everyone to know exactly what they're downloading. We now have over 200 downloads on the section and there all updated regularly.
